Kelley Napier with Georgia Estate and Elder Law will discuss the estate administration process using an irrevocable trust, a revocable living trust, a will, or no planning documents at all. She will also discuss how DMMs can facilitate the work needed on the front end to establish any of these plans in addition to how we can help Executors in estate settlement.

She is a partner at Georgia Estate & Elder Law in Atlanta.
