Succession Planning as a Small Business Owner and the Complicated Business of Navigating Life's Transitions

Rachel Donnelly, owner and founder of Afterlight, and co-founder of Professionals of After Loss Services (PALS), will join us as speaker this month. She and her team help manage the expected and unexpected of end-of-life.

Rachel will provide insight into her business, discuss the complications of navigating life's transitions and have you asking yourself if you and your business are prepared to navigate the legal and emotional challenges of dealing with death.

A graduate of Agnes Scott College, wife and mother, Rachel serves on the Board of Directors for Love Not Lost, an Atlanta based non-profit that provides grief tools and free photography sessions for families facing terminal diagnosis.

Rachel is a co-founder of Professionals of After Loss Services (PALS), which is a training and support network for industry professionals who provide services to individuals and families after the loss of a loved one.

Rachel created this business because this is the service she wished she had available during her time of loss.
